ORDERING AND SHIPPING
You can place an order directly through our website at hishiro.id . Simply browse our collections, select your desired items, and follow the checkout process.
Discount codes can be applied during checkout at the top section.
Yes, you can contact us via WhatsApp at +62 878 4684 8368. If the new address incurs higher shipping costs than what you originally paid on the website, there will be an additional charge. If the new address incurs lower shipping costs, no refunds will be issued.
Note: You can only change your address before we ship your product.
Once an order is received, we strive to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed.
You can view your order status by logging into your account on our Website. Simply go to "My account" and then click on "Orders" to view your order status.
Order status:
Processing: Payment and order has been received successfully.
Hold: Payment did not go through successfully.
Cancelled: Order has been cancelled as we did not receive payment within 24 hours.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept various payment methods, including GoPay, GoPay Later, ShopeePay, SPayLater, QRIS, ATM/Bank Transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Permata).
- Log in to BCA mobile.
- Select m-Transfer and select BCA Virtual Account
- Enter the Virtual Account number of the e-commerce store and click Send.
- Enter the amount.
- Review the transaction details, click OK.
- Enter your PIN and the transaction is successful.
- On the main page, select the Payment menu.
- Click the New Payment option, then press the Multi Payment menu.
- Next, click on Virtual No. and enter the 16-digit virtual account number that you previously saved.
- Click Add New Number, enter the amount of money to be transferred, then press Confirm and the Continue button.
- Check the information on the notification that appears on the screen to ensure the transfer amount is correct.
- Select "Confirm" if no errors are found and enter the payment PIN. Done.
- Log in to the BNI mobile banking application.
- Select the “Transfer” menu.
- Choose “Virtual Account Billing.”
- Select the debit account and enter the virtual account number.
- Click “Next.”
- Confirm the transaction displayed on the screen and enter the transaction password.
- Log in to the BRImo application.
- Select the “Info” menu.
- Next, choose the “BRIVA” menu.
- Enter the virtual account number you have.
- Enter your PIN.
- Receive a notification if the payment is successful.
- Open the PermataMobile Internet application.
- Enter your User ID & Password.
- Select Bill Payment.
- Choose Virtual Account Payment.
- Enter the 16-digit Virtual Account number displayed on the confirmation page.
- Enter the payment amount as billed.
- A payment confirmation will appear.
- Enter the transaction authentication.
Transaction completed.
